At Shashvat Concept School, we take pride in providing an enriching, experiential learning environment rooted in the “Shashvat Way of Learning.”
However, once fees are paid toward admissions, tuition, or school activities, refunds are not typically provided, except in special situations described below.
- Non-Refundable Fees
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Admission/registration fees
- Application processing fees
- Any one-time onboarding fees
- Tuition Fee Refunds
Tuition fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
- School withdrawal before the academic year begins
- Relocation due to unavoidable circumstances (subject to documentation)
- Medical situations preventing the student from attending school
Any refund, if approved, will be processed after deducting administrative charges.
- Activity/Program Fees
Fees for events, field-based learning experiences, or special programs are non-refundable once paid.
- Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–21 working days to be credited.
