Shashvat Concept School does not offer physical products for sale; therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply.
However, for services such as admissions, events, or school programs, the following applies:
- Admission Cancellation
Parents may cancel a child’s admission by submitting a written request.
Any eligible refund will follow the school’s refund policy.
- Event or Program Cancellation
If a parent must cancel a child’s participation in a special school event:
- Cancellations are accepted only before the event preparation begins.
- Once resources have been allocated, refunds will not be issued.
- Digital Services
If the school provides online registrations or digital learning access:
- Access may be revoked upon cancellation.
- No refunds for partially used services.
- School-Initiated Cancellations
If the school cancels a program:
- Fees for that specific program may be refunded or adjusted against future activities.
